Corporate Finance/Funds Lawyer 3+PQE - International firm - Dubai

Nexus currently have a rare opportunity for a corporate finance or funds lawyer to join an international law firm in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity to relocate to the region or make a lateral move within the GCC.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of corporate and funds matters including hedge and investment funds, venture capital and private equity. Lawyers with offshore experience are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Qualified as a lawyer in the UK, Australia or South Africa
• Have at least 3 years experience in either corporate finance or funds - offshore or onshore
• Committed to living and working in UAE
• Experience at a top-tier or international law firm
