Our client, a full-service international law firm, is seeking a contentious Construction Solicitor to join their well regarded Construction team based in Birmingham. This is an exciting time to join a growing team which offers excellent progression prospects and the opportunity to work with experts in the Construction field.

About the role

This firm's Legal 500 rated Construction & Engineering team act for major public and private sector clients in a range of sectors including leisure, retail and technology.

Workflows will include acting on a range of Construction & Engineering disputes including:

- ADR including mediation, adjudication and the resolution of claims under the pre-action protocol;
- Acting in proceedings in the TCC;
- Domestic projects with household name clients;
- Professional Negligence claims; and
- General advisory work in the Construction & Engineering arena.

The team have an outstanding reputation, recognised in Chambers UK 2017 and the Legal 500, therefore presenting the opportunity for the contentious Construction Solicitor to be learn from leading individuals in this field.

About the person

The Construction Solicitor will be a UK qualified solicitor with ideally a minimum of 3 years experience gained at a well-respected City or National firm.

The Construction Solicitor's desired skills include:

Candidates with Commercial Litigation or Property Litigation experience who have a passion for Construction will be strongly considered.
