Corporate Senior Associate 5 years+ PQE Cambridge To £Partner

This progressive and inclusive firm has a new opening to suit a experienced senior corporate lawyer looking for a partnership platform.

Our client has a market leading reputation for corporate law in the East of England and handles high quality transactional work including high value corporate M&A, private equity and financing work on behalf of major listed businesses, PLCs, owner managed businesses, partnerships and start-ups in a range of sectors including retail, technology, property and engineering/manufacturing.

Due to increasing demand, the partners are keen to appoint an additional senior associate with a minimum of 5 years corporate transactional experience. This role would suit a lawyer practising in the local market and/or an individual with plans to relocate to Cambridge from another centre or London.

With at least 5 years pqe gained working in another recognised corporate firm, you will have proven technical skills and a track record of leading on good sized transactions. You'll have the the licence in this role to use your networking, marketing and business development skills to build strong relationships with new and existing clients. The ability to help drive growth in the corporate team would be of partocular interest to the firm's management team.
