A rare opportunity exists for a confident Lawyer with experience of working in the Gambling sector to join a fast paced in-house gaming company with International exposure across the UK, the EU and Asian markets.

The Opportunity

You will have the responsibility to act as Legal Counsel and undertake Company Secretarial duties to support the business in its competitive growth plan.

The role is to be based within the Ukraine, however, it is possible to work remotely and travel regularly.

The Role

Provision of Legal advice to the business in a wide range of commercial matters.

Drafting and negotiating contracts.

Advising on IP matters.

Supporting the business to obtain Licensing across all markets.

Active participation in Compliance, Security and Risk Management duties.

Your Qualifications and Experience

You will be a dynamic Lawyer with experience in the Gambling sector with strong commercial acumen and negotiating abilities.

Language fluency in English and/or Russian would be highly advantageous.
