Junior Corporate Lawyer - Dubai, UAE

My client are a leading firm with several offices across the UAE. The office consists of a mix of local and international partners, all who have spent decades advising global and regional clients. Due to the firm's reputation, the corporate team are exposed to high-quality, complex transactions and matters and advise government entities, regional and international corporates, and UAE and global banks. 

The main focus for this role will be M&A, corporate structuring, commercial agreements, as well as additional matters such as employment and TMT. This is a role for somebody who is looking to enter into the region and gain expertise across a variety of matters within a market-leading team in the Middle East. 

In order to qualify for this role you will need to be 1-4 PQE with common law education and training within a leading practice in your own jurisdiction. Regional experience is not essential. 

Requirements: 

• 1-4 PQE 
• Common-law qualified
• Trained with leading firm in your jurisdiction 
• Strong academic background
