Senior Counsel (8-10 yrs PQE) Hong Kong - 14594/TTL

One of the most valuable fintech startups in Asia is seeking its first in-house counsel for their expansion in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions in the region. You will primarily be responsible for providing legal support on business strategies, license applications and fund raising activities. You must have a common law qualification with 8-10 years' legal experience with strong knowledge of  laws and regulations related to cross-border payments and foreign exchange, preferably gained from banks and/or payment companies. Prior experience of working with regulators including HKMA in obtaining business licenses is preferred. Fluency in English is a must with Chinese language skills a plus. REF: 14594/TTL
