A multinational asset manager is looking for a strong lawyer to join their in-house legal team in line with their expansion. The firm has established itself as one of the leading wealth managers in the Greater China region currently managing over US$15 billion worth of assets.

You will be part of a small and cooperative team reporting to the Head of Legal. The role is very involved with the business working on M&A transactions, funds formation, compliance and general commercial matters.

Requirements:

• 5 - 8 years post qualification experience
• PE, M&A experience required
• Fluency in Mandarin is required
