Working in an international law firm, our client's Residential Conveyancing team is one of the largest of its kind. Supporting clients on a range of projects from PLC house builders, regional housebuilders, mixed-use developments, mixed use investors through to build to rent and residential properties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload, handling complex files within the high profile team which will include conditional contracts and transfers, conditional options, collaboration agreements and development agreements, with a focus on high value residential development and investment projects.

The successful candidate should ideally have 3 years PQE or more. This is given purely as a guideline and candidates who fall outside of this bracket, yet can demonstrate the technical ability and enthusiasm for the role are also encouraged to apply.
