MID LEVEL LAWYER, CORPORATE AND COMMERCIAL, UAE

CLIENT: Our client is a boutique corporate advisory company and law firm. They are newly established in the UAE and already have a strong client following and foreseeable book of business, spanning commercial advisory and corporate transactional work.

ROLE: You will support founding partners on a range of mainly commercial and corporate work, dealing with both Middle Eastern and international clients. The work will be high quality and the clients are key to the firm. Note that because of the start-up nature of the client, they are not seeking a full time employee, ideal candidates will be UAE resident and be able offer flexible consultancy working hours, depending on work flow. You will also be able to work from home.

CANDIDATE: There are some essential and key criteria for the role:

• You must already be based in the UAE and have a valid residence visa
• The role has a strong preference for a UK qualified lawyer, though other common law jurisdictions may be considered
• Your skill set will need to have a corporate transactional angle, as well as general commercial work
• Be aware that this will not be a full time position, at least not initially
