VP, Legal (15 PQE) Beijing/Shanghai - 14579/TTL

This US multinational corporation is growing its huge global presence and needs a VP-level lawyer to manage a China legal team. The work will involve a wide spectrum of corporate commercial matters. You are also required to lead and manage the legal team. Significant legal and regulatory experience in the TMT/ FMCG sector within China is required.  An international background plus a US law degree are highly favored as is exposure to the TMT or FMCG industry. Dual qualifications in both the PRC and the UK/US/HK jurisdiction are highly desirable. You must have native-level English and fluent Mandarin Chinese language for the role. REF: 14579/TTL
