The firm has a very friendly environment and great work ethic. Having gained recent accreditation's and awards the firm is currently going from strength to strength. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring solicitor looking for more experience within a corporate department.

Your new role
I am recruiting for a qualified solicitor who has practice experience working on Corporate Tax matters. You should have between 1-6 years PQE within the relevant department. Your new role will include supporting the already highly regarded corporate team focusing predominantly on providing Tax and general Corporate advice.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful within this process you should be confident, have relevant experience within a corporate department, previously worked with governance matters and company structures, be a team player, be responsible for your own caseload, have a strong technical understanding of corporate issues, show initiative and willingness to be involved with business development, marketing and be a team player.
