JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED: 2 years+ PQE

LOCATION: Cardiff

THE ROLE:

The successful Corporate Solicitor will take on a caseload or primarily transactional work including, but not limited to, joint ventures, M&A and private equity. As this role is Senior Associate level, the appointed Corporate Solicitor will be expected to be a leading player in small and medium sized deals, in addition to playing a key role in large details alongside other members of the team. This role is an outstanding opportunity for Corporate Solicitor who has gained a solid start to their career, to gain some impressive experience working on major deals, both nationally and internationally.

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideally Corporate Solicitor will have at least two years of experience gained working in a corporate department, ideally at either a leading city or national firm. The successful Corporate Solicitor will have the ability to handle their own caseload, work well under pressure and be able to demonstrate an ability to handle the competing demands of a number of clients at any one time. The appointed Corporate Solicitor will need to demonstrate that they appreciate the importance of working in a team and are keen to develop strong working relationships with their colleagues.
