Our client, a leading Newcastle business, are currently looking for a commercial property solicitor to join their busy property team.
The Role & Responsibilities
As the new commercial property solicitor, you will deal with a wide range of commercial property matters relating to:
- Leasehold and freehold acquisitions
- Commercial leases
- Agreements, disposals and redevelopment
- Other development work and financial matters relating to property.
The firm seek commercial property solicitors who can demonstrate at least 1 year of PQE in a commercial property environment.
If successful, you will be joining a very busy team who can offer access to blue chip clients and a varied and interesting case load.
The company are offering a salary of between £40,000 and £67,000 per annum for the successful commercial property solicitor.
