PQE REQUIRED: 1 years PQE +

THE ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Construction Solicitor looking for a new challenge in a busy and progressive environment. Joining this national team, you will be working closely alongside Partners, advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters. The construction law team has a leading reputation within the market for their outstanding service, advising on a varied caseload including commercial, infrastructure projects, residential and renewable energy installations. The successful candidate will be continuing to provide comprehensive and pragmatic advice on matters of procurement, development agreements, commercial agreements, construction contracts and all forms of dispute resolution.

THE CANDIDATE:

This top 50 law firm is looking for a vibrant Construction Solicitor with a 'hands-on' approach. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the sector, with at least 12 months PQE gained from a leading national or regional law firm with a reputation for its work in the construction sector. Recently qualified Solicitors who are completing their training contract within a Top 100 law firm, have excellent academics and at least a 6 month seat in a Construction team. The firm are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic candidate who continually seeks to deliver; able to work independently, managing their busy caseload under minimal supervision. Due to the nature of the role, excellent communication and organisational skills are a must, enabling you to liaise clearly and efficiently with clients and within the team.
