Your new role
You can expect a varied workload, working on a range of quality deals for major names in sectors such as oil and gas, renewable energy, financial services and insurance. You will work on high-value and often high-profile general corporate transactions, frequently with an international element. The work will cross all areas of the team's focus, and attitude and willingness to play a full role within the team are as important as experience of any particular work type. You can expect a varied workload, working on a range of quality deals for major names in sectors such as energy, financial services and insurance, chemicals, manufacturing and retail.

What you will need to succeed
You will possess the ability to demonstrate a proactive attitude to work, commercial pragmatism, and a strong team ethos, as well as a commitment to developing both your career and the Corporate team overall. The firm are ideally looking for an NQ lawyer, however candidates with more experience are also encouraged to apply.
