In-House Lawyer

A Manchester FTSE 250 business are hoping to add to their existing legal team in Lancashire with a new commercial legal counsel. The purpose of this role is to provide legal and commercial advice to all areas of the business and to provide commercial solutions as part of an established in-house legal team.

Working alongside experienced in-house lawyers this in an excellent opportunity for a commercial lawyer with 3+ PQE either coming from a large private practice environment or another industry role.

The role will involve:
- drafting and negotiating complex (often international) contracts
- Advising on corporate transactions
- Corporate compliance and governance support for several international entities
