We are recruiting for a specialist Corporate Solicitor to join our niche media law firm client in Cheltenham.
This role has been born out of growth, needing a senior level solicitor to join due to the quantity of work coming into the team. The team deals with a wide range of corporate law matters for clients ranging in size from entrepreneurial start-up ventures to UK and US listed companies. Transactional work undertaken includes M&A, joint ventures, buy-outs, share offerings, borrowings and trade and private equity investment.
