Commercial Lawyer, part-time 3 days per week

Commercial Lawyer sought for 9-12 months part-time 3 day per week role based in the West Midlands commutable from Birmingham, Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Coventry areas.

An opportunity has arisen for a commercial lawyer to join an established legal team for a maternity cover role. There is a team of 5 lawyers based in this businesses West Midlands HQ and one of the team members is going on maternity leave from mid-August and they are looking for a commercial lawyer to join on a part-time 3 day per week (or equivalent basis) for a period of 9-12 months.

Working closely with Sales and the Bids Team in addition to interacting with Exec Management on larger deals, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing customer tenders;
- Advising on the proposed legal terms and risk;
- Negotiation contracts with customers for new business; and renewals of existing business, variations to contract.

We are keen to hear from lawyers with good contractual experience join a great team on a flexible basis commencing in August or September.
