Group Accountant

Group Accountant required for a global wholesale company who have significant plans in place for the next three years as they work towards an IPO. Our client has recently been acquired by one of the world's largest private equity funds and as a Group, currently have a turnover of c€700m. The business aim to make several high-profile acquisitions over the next 24 months and are currently in the process of setting up a corporate head office in Central London.

This is an exciting career move for a newly qualified chartered accountant looking to make their first move into Industry. You will not only gain PE experience and an insight into the acquisition and integration of new business but also have exposure to C-suite executives.

To successfully deliver in this high-profile position, you will need to have:

• ACA qualification.
• Commercial orientation focused on delivering solutions and results.
• Experience in management reporting.
• Understanding of general and transactional accounting, cost accounting and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
• Project management skills.

• Performing various financial accounting and reporting tasks to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Assisting on special projects including funding strategies and integration of new businesses.
• Consolidating management accounts for the Group.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of policies, procedures and priorities.
• Contributing to the preparation and analysis of management reporting information to support and inform management decisions with regards to financial planning, control and performance management processes.
