JOB TITLE: Commercial Contract Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED: 4 years+ PQE

LOCATION: Birmingham

THE ROLE:

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an highly skilled Commercial Contract Solicitor to join one of the UK's most highly regarded law firms. They have recently received a wealth of new instructions and are looking to appoint an experienced Solicitor to add to the expertise of their already thriving team. This team represent an enviable client base, with clients ranging from multi national companies to smaller businesses. Whoever the client they are acting for, they consistently provide top class legal advice along with professional and personalised client care. The appointed Commercial Contract Solicitor will be working Closely with an established Partner as well as other members of this large and friendly team. The department consists of 31 Lawyers and 12 partners all of whom are technically strong within this field and offer accurate legal advice on complex contract matters.

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal Commercial Contract Solicitor will undertake a wide range of quality matters including advising on commercial contracts, outsourcing; projects, IT agreements, intellectual property and data protection. Ideally, they will have an interest in IP and IT and a willingness to get involved in a wide variety of work. Due to the experience level required by our client, is it expected that the appointed Commercial Contract Solicitor will have strong client management skills and be ready to hit the ground running, as they will be assigned a caseload from the outset. The existing team has a loyal client base and, therefore, to ensure these relationships are protected, the Commercial Contract Solicitor should be personable and have the ability to communicate with clients in the most clear and professional way possible.
