The Financial Controller, - Finance Manager you will be responsible for all financial and management accounting. You will be working with teams across the businesses to ensure accurate reporting of results and efficient delivery of information to relevant stakeholders. The Financial Controller will also be responsible for the development of systems, streamlining processes and procedures in all the regions to commensurate with the growing businesses, ensuring the integrity of financial records and improving the accuracy of reporting.

• Supporting the leadership team in developing and delivering the strategic goals of the business
• Assisting with mergers and acquisition projects
• Development of systems, streamlining processes and procedures, driving efficiencies in all the regions in line with business growth
• People management and development of the Finance team in the UK and overseeing finance functions in other regions
• Timely production of monthly management accounts, reporting of the performance of the company and the state of its finances to the office of CEO and investors.
• Preparation of forecasts and annual budgets for the group
• Overseeing all regional tax, regulatory and compliance issues and working with local third-party auditors and accountants
• Responsible for regional payroll, liaison with internal team and third-party payroll providers
• Responsible for signing off expenses
• Month-end control along with preparation of management information reports
• Reporting against budget to each Head of department within the business monthly
• Oversee the accounts receivables function in each region
• Oversee sales order processing
• Business partner with each division to help drive growth

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Previous Finance Manager/Financial Controller experience
• Working for an SME
• Experience in International markets
• Experience of Financial Force
