Your new role

This role will see you handle due diligence reviews on corporate transactions as well as the review of contracts, real estate leases and IP license agreements. You will also be involved in the preparation of reports summarising a host of matters including change of control triggers, anti-assignment provisions, most favoured nation clauses as well as highlighting key issues in contracts.


What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate lawyer who has gained a breadth of experience. You should be looking for a career step where you can handle a good mix of high quality corporate work, in a well resourced and run department. You should have corporate M&A and due diligence experience.


What you'll get in return

This is a rare corporate based role where you can handle interesting work but work fixed hours over a 4 day week based on a shift pattern. There is also the opportunity to work 3 days a week.
