Responsibilities:
- Head the Legal Department
- Ensure all activities are in line with local rules and regulations
- Lead and contribute to legal, regulatory, risk and strategic projects and tasks
- Manage a panel of external lawyers
- Ensuring legal, compliance, risk aspects are adequately addressed
- Support regional management
Skills:
- Must be 5+ PQE
- Must be qualified in England & Wales
- Must have experience working with the DFSA and DIFC
- Must have experience working in a financial industry
- Must have experience working in the financial industry, in particular banks
