The hands-on legal team manages high profile matters right across the organisation and due to increasing business needs are looking to add a number of permanent solicitors to the department. Following recent hires and greater strategic alignment, the team take a proactive approach, truly partnering with the internal client base, driving efficiencies and adding real commercial value.

We are flexible as to entry level as we are looking to add lawyers at the NQ-5+ year mark as well as more experienced solicitors at the 5+ level.

Irrespective of level, you will build strong internal relationships and handle a broad diet of interesting, high quality work including:

• Developing, maintaining and negotiating a range of commercial contracts
• IT Outsourcing and company-wide project work
• Providing legal advice and assistance to the whole NFU Mutual Group
• Identifying legal risk and driving effective best practice
• Ensuring ongoing legal awareness through the delivery of training

The ideal candidates will have commercial contracts experience gained either in-house or in private practice and be keen to join a supportive, friendly team committed to providing high level, timely legal advice in a changing, commercially focused sector.
