Finance Project Lead

Resourcery Group are supporting a business services company during an exciting phase of their restructuring to bring on board an ERP implementation finance lead. This project's goal is to harmonise the various platforms that the company use and deliver a Navision implementation fit for the future. This assignment is likely to be for 12 month period.

The role:

• Working closely with the Project Management team and having a dotted line into the finance director
• To elicit business requirements from the business users and finance subject matter experts to scope the business/needs analysis information
• To process map the current chart of accounts across the various platforms which are already in existence i. what-is
• To define and document requirements and to help create the new blue print i. to-be
• Identify data and business process "shortfalls" for the purpose of identifying gaps in current and/or proposed workflows
• To ultimately take things through to UAT (user acceptance testing) and training of the end users

The ideal candidate:

• Have strong project ERP implementation skills and a proven track record in deliver
• To be an accountant by background (CIMA/ACCA/ACA/QBE) ideally coupled with the Prince 2 qualification
• Have rolled out ERP packages such as SAP, Navision, Oracle, JDE, Dynamics previously
• Have delivered full life cycle projects and been a key lead in driving finance transformation
• Have excellent people skills and project planning skills
• Be passionate about systems accounting
• Be available at short notice to interview and preferably start
• Commit to the duration of the assignment
