Description

Providing support to the Private Equity team, working across all aspects of transactions with institutional investors, management teams and portfolio companies. Responsibilities for a Corporate Solicitor/Associate will vary depending on your level of qualification and there is flexibility on this basis.

Work will focus on national and international transactions but may occasionally include those that are local to the Hampshire office.

Profile

As a Corporate Solicitor/Associate with a private equity track record, you should be prepared to work in a challenging and demanding role, supporting well know and highly valued clients.

You will have worked in a leading corporate practice and will ideally be between 2-5 years PQE, although other levels will be considered.

Above market rate salary depending on the level of experience.
