Morgan McKinley is working with an acquisitive, international business based in central Bristol to recruit a Financial Controller.
Reporting into the Finance Director (based in Europe), the role will have responsibility for managing the UK Finance team, and the preparation of budgets, forecasts and all external statutory reporting requirements.You will ensure timely and accurate reporting of all relevant P&L and balance sheets, develop the Finance Risk Control Framework and take responsibility for financial analysis and reporting.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic and forward thinking Qualified Accountant, with a pragmatic approach and strong leadership capability. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, knowledge of both UK GAAP and IFRS, and the ability to take a 360 degree view of the business.
