My client's family law team is one of the strongest in the South East with specialists based across Kent, Sussex and beyond. Together they provide the full range of family advice to clients with mixed levels of assets up to very high net worth.

The team has named individuals within Chambers and is highly ranked by the Legal 500. Based across three locations you will be working a good size team that is popular with clients for divorce and financial remedy proceedings and has the resources to offer mediation and collaborative law services as well as traditional litigation.

As part of a full service firm the family team do benefit a lot from cross referrals, whether it be wealthy corporate clients, clients who have used them for conveyancing or wills, or even people that have seen their marketing and positive PR and get in touch.

This role will see you take on strategic responsibility for the family team and its continued development as it grows further and enhances its reputation even more. It will prove to be a great spring board for someone who may already be a partner working under a 'Head of family', or a senior associate, looking to make a step up where you feel you are overlooked currently.

You could be based in any of the clients offices in Kent or Sussex.
