The role:
I am working with a recently VC backed business that operates in the technology space and is in need of an interim Finance Director. You will be partnering with the VC to ensure a smooth transition from an owner manged business to a high growth VC backed business.
You will be will be the number one in finance and tasked with setting up the department which will include establishing all financial functions including management reporting/information, controls and processes, FP&A etc. You will be responsible for the day-to-day financial control of the business, long-term planning, in-depth analysis of data to drive key decision making and developing strategy, forecasting, budgeting.
