Property Litigation
This small specialist team are part of a medium-sized full-service law firm, situated in the heart of the London's legal offering. The firm is very long established and as a result very highly regarded on both a national and international level.
The Property Litigation team sit within the renowned Dispute Resolution department and consist of a number of specialist Lawyers who advise of a large number of complex and interesting real estate, landlord and tenant, regulatory and asset based matters in both the commercial and residential sectors.
This position is for an 'up and coming Solicitor who wishes to become a specialist Litigator and 'go to' within the market.
The successful candidate;
- Will be 2-4 years PQE
- Must show dedication and drive to succeed in a top-ranking firm
- Will likely have received good training and experience in property law and litigation
- Will be looking for a lot of client-facing contact
