Legal Counsel

An international software company based in Berkshire is seeking a legal counsel to join their European legal team on a part time basis for 3-4 months.

With the team based in Europe this will be a sole legal position within the Berkshire office and will offer the flexibility for home working. You will be required to complete a minimum of 24 hours a week.

The role will predominantly be commercially focused specifically with software agreements so software experience is essential.

The successful candidate will be a minimum of 5 years PQE* and will have an in-house background. You will have the ability to work autonomously and communicate with all levels of the business. Experience working in multiple jurisdictions and language skills would be advantageous but not essential.
