Senior Legal Counsel

An international manufacturing organisation based in London is currently looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team on a permanent basis.

Working in a small team and reporting directly into the General Counsel the Senior Legal Counsel will be responsible for a wide range of matters including, but not limited to;

• Drafting, negotiating and advising on a broad range of commercial contracts
• Advising on GDPR, IP and procurement related matters
• Supporting on M&A transactions  
• Managing litigation and updating polices in relation to privacy notices, competition and anti-bribery matters
• Building relationships with senior stakeholders throughout the business and providing training and guidance on commercial legal issues
