A rapidly growing financial consultancy is looking to take on a commercial lawyer to join its' fast growing legal team.
The role will cover a great deal of commercial contracts across the business including; partnership agreements, supplier agreements, IT contracts and IP agreements. You will be working as part of a small team with direct access to the business, which allows a great deal of autonomy and quality work.
The ideal individual will;
- Be NQ-3 years PQE
-have experience in commercial contracts, with IT/IP being advantageous
- come from a recognised private practice firm or a top tier in house institution
-be enterprunarial , articulate and able to work within a small collegiate team
