An outstanding, modern and forward thinking Legal 500 firm with offices across London and the regions are actively seeking a Commercial Partner for their London office.

The firm deal with a high net worth client base across London and the adjacent regions. They are a multi-service firm, legal 500 ranked across a number of practice areas including their flagship company commercial team.

They are looking for a Commercial Partner/ Senior Associate to take on a new role in heading the commercial team which they are now looking to spearhead development for and separate from the corporate element of their business. You will not require a following for partnership with the firm as there is a full caseload for you to take on. You will be working alongside the corporate lawyers in the office but have separate autonomy in your work and responsibility for eventually growing the team further.

The existing caseload includes but is not limited to broad commercial matters, terms and conditions, Ip matters, Data Protection, outsourcing and franchise.

The prospects for progression with this firm are exceptionally exciting with both salaried and equity partnership on the cards.
