Group Financial Controller

Your new role
This role looks after the EMEA region and is perfectly placed for a Group FC or Group FM who is now looking to join a business with a first class culture where there is real team working and a push towards collective goals.

Duties
 

• Full ownership of the financial reporting processes across the Group function of circa 40 stores
• Management of reporting and tax team at the HQ and indirect management of store finance staff.
• Reporting into the Group FD
• Day to day involvement with Head of Operations working on sales forecasting and operational business partnering
• Ongoing support to process improvement

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a Top Tier trained ACA who has experience working in a technical accounting environment, leading teams of finance/accounting staff.
The over riding requirement of this move though, will need to stem from the candidates desire to be part of something and see the bigger picture of making this business achieve its success.
