A values-driven technology business, with a real sense of belonging behind the brand are looking to hire a Financial Controller for the UK & Ireland region of their business. You will be based in one of their major outlets in North London, giving you the ability to work closely with the operational teams as well as the business support functions.


Your new role

As the UK&I Financial Controller you will be responsible for the set up and maintenance of all financial processes and controls for all of the business' operations in the UK & Ireland.

You will be reporting to the Deputy CFO, leading the finance function - whilst working in a business partnering capacity with senior internal and external stakeholders to provide financial analysis, which will in turn support the business' needs. This is a hands on role that looks to make things happen as the business evolves, and the business in the UK & Ireland looks to strengthen their position in the market.


What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a circa 5-10 years PQE. This role sits within the central offices of the UK & Ireland and is responsible for leading a large team both directly and remotely therefore it will be essential that you have proven leadership capabilities.

You will have a strong analytical skill set and a broad understanding of financial standards. You will be a strategic thinker with a demonstrated history of delivering results and driving improvement. Previous experience in a multi-channel business with an appreciation for change will set you up to succeed in this role.
