Your new company
We are currently recruiting for a Strategy Business Partner to support the further growth of a large corporate organisation based in Coventry. This organisation have a wide portfolio of services and an excellent reputation nationally.

Your new role
This is a newly created role that will be responsible for supporting strategic decision making across the UK business. In this role the post holder will drive projects relating to market analysis, emerging industry trends, portfolio analysis and the pursuit of new business endeavours. You will provide leadership in the design, development and implementation of strategic initiatives to support business growth.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role it is essential that you are able to demonstrate strategic thinking for new business opportunities as well as previous experience of understanding financial modelling, planning and budgeting. You will be an excellent stakeholder manager with the ability to influence and negotiate up to executive level. Experience of business mergers and acquisitions is also highly desirable.
