I am currently searching for an experienced HR Business Partner for a well-known international engineering/manufacturing company.
The role will be responsible for:
- Implementing of business strategic plans.
- Overseeing the delivery of the HR plan and contribute to strategic discussions and decision making.
- Working with many temporary teams with members from all areas of the business.
- Coaching senior leaders on various topics.
- Building working relationships with stakeholders.
- Working across the full employee life cycle, project management and transformational work.
Very good written and verbal English and German is essential for this role.
