Corporate PSLThis superb US law firm has a London Corporate department of 40+ lawyers. It is a high energy, busy team focusing primarily on transactional M&A. A corporate lawyer with 6pqe+, or an existing PSL, is sought to be responsible for all knowledge resources for the team. It is a full service PSL role including responsibility for precedents, training, knowledge sharing, and research. A City background, top academics, and the personality to deal with lawyers at all levels is required.
