Ideally you will have a client following or the potential of work to bring with you as this firm do encourage the development of business and be able to work closely with clients, as this is a key factor for making any senior appointments this firm.

You will be part of a firm that has plans to expand over the next 2 years and you will be a key figure of that expansion as well as assisting with recruitment.
