This progressive US firm has an impressive, well-established London tax team that currently has an opening for a newly qualified solicitor. The team, which is supported by a PSL, is integral to the active M&A and private equity practices, which encompasses corporate, mergers and acquisitions, financing, funds and restructurings. The team advises on all market standard tax structures and also actively develops new tax efficient structures to account for recent or forthcoming tax law developments. Candidates will have a strong academic background and solid training from a reputable London firm.
