Our client is a progressive legal practice with 80+ staff. Offering a full range of legal services, they have a team of expert lawyers and support staff, who provide the highest levels of service to businesses and private clients. Well-established and award-winning, the firm has built a solid base of clients and have been awarded Lexcel accreditation for the quality of their services. They are now seeking an experienced Private Family Lawyer for their team based in the Leamington Spa area.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic Family Lawyer with strong private experience to join a specialist team on a permanent basis. Utilising your private family experience, the successful Lawyer will manage a complex solely private caseload, advising clients on areas to include: divorce; cohabitation disputes; Children Act matters; separation; associated financial matters; representation at Court and; property disputes. A client-focused approach and consistent billing history will be essential. In addition, the successful Lawyer will be keen to participate in business development initiatives and build and maintain long-lasting client relationships. The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE;
Technically proficient with experience handling predominantly private family matters;
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and a client-focused approach;
Strives for high standards in their work at all times;
A pro-active team player who is equally confident working on their own initiative;
Is highly organised with a consistent billing history;
Demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives.
