PQE REQUIRED: 3 years +

LOCATION: Bristol (Commutable from: Bath, Chippenham, Chipping Sodbury, Trowbridge & Weston super Mare )

THE ROLE:

This is a new role for a Construction Solicitor. Our client is looking for an experienced Construction Solicitor to join the firm's Construction team to work primarily on non contentious matters. The team specialises in non-contentious work although there is a considerable experience of all dispute resolution matters with the team wishing to extend their reputation further across the South of England and into growing areas such as renewable energy projects, with a considerable increase in the volume of work generally. Therefore, the team requires an additional Construction Solicitor to assist primarily on contentious construction matters but potentially also contentious dispute resolution according to workload, if the candidate has contentious experience.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Construction Solicitor would receive strong support from the team members who are widely regarded as being experts in their field. The ideal Construction Solicitor would work within the Construction team specifically and the Commercial Property department generally, and manage a varied work load, subject to appropriate partner supervision. The successful Construction Solicitor would be looking to develop a practice in a team which is involved in many, varied and often complex matters, and he or she will help our Bristol-based Construction team provide advice and assistance across the firm's four main offices. An excellent communicator and diligent in their approach to work, our client is looking to appoint a bright and enthusiastic Construction Solicitor to their team.
