Maintenance and reconciliation of partners capital accounts, particularly at year end when profits and tax postings have been made to capital accountsLiaison with overseas office managers in relation to the maintenance of accounting recordsOffering detailed analysis of partners accounts including profit per partner analyses and the cash flows that resultProcessing profit information so that it can be used in drawing up the firm's accountsCalculating partners distributions in accordance with the firms funding policyLiaising with partners, particularly newly admitted partners, to advise on partnership policies and practices in relation to capital profitSupport the implementation of new processes and controls and the implementation of new systems
Desired Skills and Experience:
Must be fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Must be immediately available
Must have prior legal or professional services
Strong technical accounting skills are highly desirable
Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
