Interim Finance Business Partner

Excellent opportunity for an interim Finance Business seeking a challenging role. Axon Resourcing are working an organisation that has a recently gone through a turnaround process. They now seeking commercially experienced individuals to join the team and help drive full transformation and change, a background in IT or telecoms sector will be advantageous. The successful applicant will be a customer focussed Finance Business Partner with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support Regional Service Directors (RSDs) in the deliver of their financial plans with the production of timely/accurate reporting of actual versus budget. You will provide detailed variance analysis and commentary on financial performance to the RSDs alongside decision support and financial insight. In order to succeed in this role it is essential that you are comfortable and confident operating  in a matrix style organisation which involves a substantial element of team working and consulting. The ability to influence, lead and partner key senior members of the business in developing sound financial evaluation and appraisals of commercial opportunities is essential. Strong IT skills (Oracle an advantage) and Excel skills are a must. The role is for an initial 6 - 12 months and likely to extend. Give you will need to go through security clearnce this is not an immediate start.
