Your new role
Reporting to the FD, you will lead a small team. Take responsibility for financial control, management accounts as well as managing and improving the monthly reporting. You will improve process and procedures, support the FD with ad-hoc commercial projects and lead the budgeting process. You may also get involved in helping the FD re structure the team to improve the performance of the finance department


What you'll need to succeed
You will be an immediately available qualified, ACA, ACCA OR CIMA Accountant with extensive experience leading a team. You will be able to demonstrate strong all round accounting skills, with the ability to lead by example. This is a hands on role, and your cv will need to demonstrate that.


What you'll get in return
This is a 9 month interim role paying from £50,000 to £60,000 pro-rate. You will get the chance to work for a professional corporate business that are going through an exciting period of growth. Parking and flexible working hours. You will work with a passionate FD.
