Head of Management Accounts

Our client is a leading Not-for-Profit organisation based in Loughton, Essex. We are seeking to recruit a professionally qualified Management Accountant with a flair for commercial analysis and business partnering.

Reporting directly into the Director of Finance, this is an exciting challenge to work in a strong finance team and well established organisation. There is potential for the role to transition into a Head of Finance role in the future and this represents a fantastic opportunity.

The main skills required are as below:
* Qualified Accountant with 5 years + post qualification experience.
* Excel, Financial modelling and planning expertise.
* Contract pricing and business analysis.
* Budgeting.
* Business partnering.
* Report writing and presenting.
* Managing the management accounts function.
* Payroll processing / management experience.
* Housing association / housing benefit experience.
* Social care experience (desirable).
