Client / Job / Person Spec Details
We are working alongside one of the largest owner of private homes in the United Kingdom - an established commercial and mixed use business. The business has recently refinanced, enabling the Group the flexibility to expand further into the PRS sector.
They are now looking for a qualified accountant with 3 years PQE who will join the business and work with the Group Accountant and the Group Financial Controller.
The successful candidates will carry out the following duties:
- Financial and Management accounting
- Improving processes and controls
- Statutory accounting for a number of entities, so must have strong knowledge of IFRS
- Preparation of accounting papers
- Ad-hoc duties in the Finance team
The aim is to recruit an ACA or ACCA qualified individual with around 3 years' post qualified experience. Ideally the client would want to recruit an accountant who had worked in a Top 10 practice before moving into industry. A knowledge of and interest in real estate/commercial RE development would be useful. The job will be demanding and it will be essential to find a candidate who will progress with the Annington business as it develops.
