This opportunity will give you an exceptionally high level of client contact, giving you the ability to obtain a high level of exposure to business development. It is common even for the most junior of Lawyers to have this level of exposure, this unique approach allows Lawyers to gain PQE ahead of their years and become not just technically strong, but fully rounded and commercially minded. Their Lawyers are business generators and I would describe them as dynamic, entrepreneurial, rain makers.
This would role would suit perhaps a Lawyer that is in a Partner lead department where there is little opportunity to obtain hands-on client exposure. This is crucial at this level of PQE, for future planning for Partnership.
This teams Partners are home grown, and prospects for the right person to achieve that status further down the line are very real. As such, this is a rare chance to join a Tier 1 team at a Legal 500 practice, which deals with London work from the vibrant heart of Bristol where you can benefit from the same quality as being in the City, but, with much more in the way of work/life balance.
The firm pays a generous relocation package to obtain the industries most talented Lawyers. The reason they need London Lawyers is because the work is identical to that of the top city practices.
This is therefore a fantastic opportunity to relocate to the South West, to Bristol (the fastest growing legal hub outside of London), which in turn will save on commuting costs and offer much more in the way of flexibility and agile working.
The Firm
The firm is one of the most Nationally recognised choices, on par with top performing London teams and has a client base to rival most of those City firms. They are renowned for being one of the country's premier tax teams.
They are also known for excellent job satisfaction, and it's common local knowledge that they are the best firm to work for in terms of job satisfaction. As well as this, they are very well thought of on the client side, evidenced by client testimonials and their established deep relationships.
They truly stand out, Nationally, let alone in the Bristol market. They have invested heavily in their office and infrastructure, and the result is a modern practise which overlooks the river with tremendous views of the city's skyline.
The firm creates an enjoyable atmosphere for their staff and has that translate into positive experiences for its clients. Culture is of utmost importance to them and they seriously look after their employees. This culture, is epitomised by the partners and cascades through every team member and department. This collegiate atmosphere and excellent reputation makes it incredibly desirable for people looking to establish a rewarding career.
They deal with International and Domestic clients which allows for exposure to a unique and varied caseload. For hard working individuals, the sky is the limit; the firm will provide distinctive high quality continuous development training and give its staff the opportunity to organically grow and progress within the practise.

Working closely with this Partners, you will benefit from their wealth of expertise and as such you will develop quickly and be knowledgeable far beyond your level of PQE. The team benefits from strong specialist support from other departments. They have significant international reach, although the majority of the work is Domestic.
