THE ROLES

They currently have a number of roles in their Real Estate department, at NQ, Associate, and Senior Associate level.

The Real Estate Group is regarded as one of the leading real estate practices in the South East outside London, and is recommended by the leading independent legal directories. There is PSL and paralegal support within the Group.

The Group handles a broad range of real estate work and includes teams dedicated to dispute resolution, construction, planning and environmental. The main areas of expertise are:

Development

Investment

Corporate occupiers (including retail/office/industrial)

Banking

Clients include mid tier businesses (whether quoted or owner-managed), household name PLCs and other major international groups, and high net worth private clients.

ABOUT YOU

Candidates should have good interpersonal skills, strong academics and high quality experience - typically with a major City or leading national/regional practice.

Team playing skills are important - the successful candidate can expect to work with a number of partners within the Group, in small and occasionally larger teams, as well as running cases with minimal supervision.

The positions have arisen due to continuing growth within the Group.
